Everything a project needs
except the contract itself.
Six capabilities, built to hand off to each other. Take one, take all of them, or take the two you cannot staff internally. What you will not get is a deck of services that were written to fill a page and then subcontracted to somebody you never meet.
Take a token to market without the launch being the loudest thing about it
Positioning and category story, naming, brand identity, token symbol design, litepaper and whitepaper, tokenomics visualization, launch site, sale and claim pages, TGE campaign, research desk and KOL outreach, and the exchange listing kit in the exact formats exchanges ask for.
Best for pre TGE teams, IDO and public sale projects, protocol tokens, and relaunches after a weak first attempt.
02 / RWA TOKENIZATIONMarketing for an audience that reads the footnotes first
Tokenized treasuries, private credit, real estate, commodities, funds and feeder structures. Institutional grade identity, disclosure aware copy, counsel review loops built into the schedule, investor decks, data room material, issuer sites and KYC gated interface flows.
Best for issuers, asset managers, tokenization platforms and traditional finance firms making a first move onchain.
03 / NFT & COLLECTIONSDrops that clear because the concept was good, not because the market was
Concept and worldbuilding, art direction and artist sourcing, trait architecture and rarity curves, metadata standards, mint site build, allowlist and phase mechanics, reveal choreography, royalty and marketplace guidance, and the week three plan almost nobody writes.
Best for artists with an audience, brands entering digital collectibles, game studios, and PFP projects that want to outlast the cycle.
04 / BRAND IDENTITYA mark that still works at sixteen pixels in a wallet list
Naming with real availability and trademark screening, brand identity, token symbol design, color built for dark surfaces, typography with tabular numerals that behave, motion, the full exchange and aggregator asset kit, and a brand book your community can enforce without you.
Best for protocols, chains, wallets, DeFi products and any project whose current logo was made in an afternoon.
05 / SITES & dAPPSThree surfaces, three readers, three different failure modes
Marketing site, documentation and application front end. Wallet connect across the wallets people actually use, chain detection and switching, pending and failed transaction states, gas and slippage communication, read only mode before connect, and a launch page that does not fall over under traffic.
Best for protocols shipping a front end, teams whose docs are costing them developers, and any launch expecting a traffic spike.
06 / GROWTH & LISTINGSCommunity architecture, not a rented group chat
Community structure and moderation design, content that compounds, KOL and research desk outreach with disclosure done properly, exchange listing preparation, airdrop and points design with the sybil problem taken seriously, holder communications and governance comms after the attention leaves.
Best for pre TGE community building, post launch retention, and projects whose Discord has become a liability.
Everything above, delivered against the chain you actually chose.
A mint funnel on Base is a different build from a mint funnel on Bitcoin Ordinals. A listing kit for an exchange that quotes in USDT is not the same document as one for a venue that quotes in USD. We keep the chain specific detail in house rather than discovering it during your launch week.
Three ways clients usually buy this.
Nothing here is a package designed to make the middle option look reasonable. These are simply the three shapes the work keeps taking, described honestly.
Positioning sprint
Two weeks, fixed price, low commitment. Ends with a name, a category story, a chain recommendation with tradeoffs written down, and a token narrative. The cheapest way to find out whether we think like you do.
Launch program
Fixed scope, fixed price, six to twelve weeks. Identity, narrative, site, launch assets and campaign, delivered against a dated launch. This is the bulk of what we do.
Monthly program
Ongoing content, community, growth and design capacity after launch. Monthly because compounding work does not survive being switched on and off.
Three sibling divisions on the same contract.
Web3 work rarely stays inside web3. When a client needs a corporate site, a paid media program or a security posture that will survive diligence, it comes from the same group.
Design and web at scale
Branding, logo design, custom web design, WordPress, ecommerce and SEO for the parts of the business that are not onchain.
ORCA MARKETINGGrowth systems and paid media
AI growth systems, lead capture and qualification, search visibility and paid media, for teams that need pipeline rather than impressions.
ORCA ITInfrastructure and security
Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, backup and recovery, and network support. The division diligence teams end up asking about.
Common questions about scope.
Can we engage one capability rather than the whole program?
Yes, and most clients do. Roughly half of the projects that come through start with brand identity alone, or with a site rebuild alone. The reason to add more is that these capabilities were designed to hand off to each other cleanly, so the tokenomics work already knows what the litepaper says and the launch campaign already knows what the brand promised. You get one contract and one point of contact either way.
How fast can you move?
A positioning sprint takes two weeks. An identity plus launch site typically runs four to six weeks. A full token launch program with litepaper, tokenomics presentation, dApp front end and campaign generally needs eight to twelve weeks to be done properly. We have compressed that when a listing window forced it, but compression costs money and it usually costs one of the deliverables, so we will tell you which one before you agree rather than after.
Do you work on retainer or per project?
Both. Launch work is fixed scope and fixed price because it has a defined end. Community, content and growth work is monthly because it only compounds if it is continuous. Most clients run a fixed price launch and then move to a monthly program afterwards, which is the shape the work naturally takes.
Which of these should a pre launch project start with?
Positioning, every time. Name, category story and chain choice constrain everything downstream, and fixing them later means rewriting the litepaper, redrawing the brand and explaining a pivot to a community that already formed an opinion. A positioning sprint is the cheapest insurance in this entire list.
Bring us the version of the plan you have, not the tidy one.
Half formed is fine. Most useful first calls start with a founder describing something they are not sure will work. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
