Plume · L2 · token launch

A chain built only for real world assets, which is where we do our most serious work.

Plume is purpose built for real world asset tokenization, with compliance tooling and asset infrastructure as first class parts of the network rather than additions. That makes it the closest overlap between a chain's stated purpose and the service we sell most carefully, and it means the audience here is issuers and allocators rather than traders.

What changes here

Three things that are different about launching on Plume.

Generic launch advice is worth very little once a chain is chosen. These are the constraints that actually shape the work on Plume.

Compliance infrastructure is native

Identity, transfer restriction and reporting tooling exist at the network level. For an issuer that shortens the build and changes what your material has to promise.

The buyer is an allocator

Your reader answers to an investment committee and reads a structure before a headline. Momentum signals read as risk to this audience, which is the opposite of most crypto marketing.

Purpose built means a narrower, better qualified audience

A chain for one category attracts people in that category. Less reach, far better fit, and material can assume a level of context a general chain cannot.

The honest part

What we will tell you before you commit.

RWA marketing is where the regulatory exposure is highest. Every statement about return, safety or liquidity is potentially a regulated statement, and nothing on our pages is financial advice.

We take no foundation retainers and no ecosystem referral fees on any chain, including Plume. If Plume is the wrong choice for what you are building, you will hear that during the scoping call rather than after the invoice.

Where our work stops

We do not write, deploy or audit smart contracts. We do not provide market making, treasury management or token economics as a financial service, we do not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot guarantee an exchange listing. What we do is everything around the contract: positioning, brand identity, the litepaper, the launch site, the dApp front end, the investor and community material and the campaign that carries it.

Scope

What the program covers.

Brand and narrative, litepaper and investor material, the launch site and dApp front end, community architecture and the listing kit. The deliverables are the same wherever you launch. What changes on Plume is the emphasis, and that is what the sections above are about. Full scope and engagement shapes.

Questions

Plume launch questions we get asked.

Do you draft the offering documents?

No. We do not draft offering memoranda, subscription documents or term sheets, and we are not your counsel. Your lawyers write those. We build the issuer brand, the website, the investor and data room material and the interface.

Can we advertise a yield?

No. We will not put a forward looking yield or return claim in marketing material. What can usually be said, subject to your counsel, is factual, historical, labeled and sourced, next to the risk language.

Why a chain built only for RWA?

Native compliance tooling and infrastructure aimed at one category, which shortens the build for issuers. Whether it beats Ethereum depends on where your custodian, transfer agent and distribution already sit.

Do you write the contracts?

No. We do not write, deploy or audit smart contracts.

Nothing on this page is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Orca Web3 provides marketing, branding and design services only. Next step

Tell us what you are launching on Plume.

A scoping call costs nothing and ends with a straight answer, including the answer that Plume is the wrong chain for this or that you do not need a token at all.
