Linea · L2 · token launch

Linea comes with the wallet most of your users already have.

Linea's advantage is its relationship with the Consensys stack and MetaMask, which is the default wallet for a large share of Ethereum users. That makes onboarding measurably easier than on a chain your users have to add manually. Most projects here underuse the one thing that distinguishes them.

What changes here

Three things that are different about launching on Linea.

Generic launch advice is worth very little once a chain is chosen. These are the constraints that actually shape the work on Linea.

Wallet native onboarding is the differentiator

When the wallet already knows about the network, the drop off between interest and first transaction shrinks. Designing the flow to exploit that is worth more than any amount of campaign spend.

ZK proving with EVM equivalence

Existing Solidity and tooling carry over, which lowers the technical barrier and removes technology as a differentiator. Product and brand have to carry it instead.

Ethereum alignment is the positioning

Linea's pitch is continuity with Ethereum rather than departure from it. Projects that market themselves as a break from Ethereum are out of step with the ecosystem they joined.

The honest part

What we will tell you before you commit.

Ecosystem incentive programs bring users who are there for the program. Knowing which portion of your early numbers is incentive driven is necessary before you build any claim on them.

We take no foundation retainers and no ecosystem referral fees on any chain, including Linea. If Linea is the wrong choice for what you are building, you will hear that during the scoping call rather than after the invoice.

Where our work stops

We do not write, deploy or audit smart contracts. We do not provide market making, treasury management or token economics as a financial service, we do not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot guarantee an exchange listing. What we do is everything around the contract: positioning, brand identity, the litepaper, the launch site, the dApp front end, the investor and community material and the campaign that carries it.

Scope

What the program covers.

Brand and narrative, litepaper and investor material, the launch site and dApp front end, community architecture and the listing kit. The deliverables are the same wherever you launch. What changes on Linea is the emphasis, and that is what the sections above are about. Full scope and engagement shapes.

Questions

Linea launch questions we get asked.

Do you deploy the contracts?

No. We do not write, deploy or audit smart contracts. EVM equivalence means your existing Solidity work carries over, and it stays with your engineers.

What is the real advantage of Linea?

Distribution through the Consensys stack and wallet familiarity. Users arrive with the tooling already in place, which shortens the path to a first transaction.

Can you design the onboarding flow?

Yes, and on Linea that is usually where the leverage is. Wallet connection, network switching and first transaction states are front end work we do.

How do we account for incentive driven users?

Measure them separately. Traffic and transactions during a program are not the same as retained users, and conflating them produces bad decisions later.

Nothing on this page is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Orca Web3 provides marketing, branding and design services only. Linea and other chain names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear here to indicate the networks we work on, not to imply endorsement or partnership.

Next step

Tell us what you are launching on Linea.

A scoping call costs nothing and ends with a straight answer, including the answer that Linea is the wrong chain for this or that you do not need a token at all.
